I help teams understand their users deeply and make better product decisions through research, strategy and thoughtful design.

How We Can Work Together

Most of the companies I work with come to me at a point where they know something isn't working but aren't sure where to start, or they have a clear project that needs senior UX thinking and don't have it in-house. I bring research, strategy, design and process support depending on what the situation calls for.

I also use AI strategically throughout my process to handle the repetitive and time-consuming parts of the work, which frees me up to focus on the deeper thinking and means clients get faster, more iterative delivery.

Ongoing UX Advisory

Strategic UX support without the full-time commitment

Monthly strategy calls, UX reviews and ongoing guidance for teams who need consistent, senior-level input without a full-time hire. I keep these engagements intentionally scoped so I can give each client real attention, which means I only take on a small number at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with teams in-house or remotely?

Both. I'm based in Montpellier, France but work with teams globally, and I travel to New York regularly so I can easily work on-site with teams there as well. I've successfully embedded with remote teams and traveled for in-person collaboration when it makes sense.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes, audits and research sprints are designed for exactly that. If you just need a second pair of eyes or a quick validation, let's talk.

What industries do you work with?

I've worked with e-commerce, travel, telecom, online education and nonprofits. The industry matters less than the problem. I'm most interested in complex UX challenges that require research and strategic thinking.

How do you charge for your work?

It depends, but I typically work in one of two ways: a retainer with a discounted hourly rate for ongoing work, or a fixed fee with an agreed hour cap for defined projects. I'm happy to talk through which structure makes the most sense for what you need.

What if I need ongoing support?

I offer retainer arrangements for teams who want monthly strategy calls, quarterly audits, or ongoing design reviews. This works well for companies who need consistent UX input without a full-time hire.
